  • Respect for diversity Measures the capacity to understand, accept and value diversity at work. The assessment looks at attitudes and behaviors toward different cultures, ethnicities, religions, genders and orientations. It focuses on empathy, respect, openness to differences and the ability to work in diverse teams.
  • Inclusion Measures a person ability to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment. The assessment looks at attitude, knowledge and competence in promoting diversity, equality and respect. It focuses on the understanding of inclusive principles, recognition of bias, effective communication with diverse groups and willingness to take inclusive action.
  • Cultural sensitivity Measures the capacity to recognize and appreciate cultural differences in a work environment. The assessment looks at cultural adaptability, effective communication with different backgrounds and the ability to avoid stereotypes and bias. It focuses on understanding and sensitivity toward diverse cultural perspectives and values.
  • Intercultural communication Measures the ability to communicate and understand cultural dynamics in multicultural contexts. This assessment looks at cultural sensitivity, adaptability and competence in intercultural communication, focusing on interaction with different cultures.
  • Anti-discrimination Measures the ability to recognize, understand and act in the face of discriminatory situations at work. This assessment looks at awareness of diversity, knowledge of anti-discrimination policies and the capacity to confront bias and promote an inclusive environment.
  • Gender equity Measures the understanding of and commitment to gender equality, looking at awareness of equity, the ability to identify stereotypes and the willingness to promote inclusion and ensure equal opportunity for all genders.
  • Awareness of generational differences Measures the capacity to recognize and adapt to generational differences, looking at awareness of each generation perspectives, the ability to communicate effectively across ages and the willingness to foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
  • Accessibility Measures the ability to design inclusive environments and solutions, focusing on removing barriers and promoting accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities or special needs.
  • Managing multicultural teams Measures the ability to lead and collaborate in multicultural teams, managing cultural differences, promoting intercultural communication and creating an inclusive, respectful work environment. The assessment also looks at adaptability to different work styles and the management of intercultural conflicts.
  • Global competence Measures the capacity to operate effectively in international and multicultural work contexts. It looks at the understanding, skills and attitudes needed to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultures. It focuses on areas such as intercultural understanding, global communication, adaptability and leadership in global settings.
