- Emotional self-regulation Measures the capacity to manage and regulate one emotions in the work environment. Through specific questions, it looks at the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to change and handle challenging situations while maintaining appropriate emotional balance.
- Self-discipline Measures the capacity to stay focused and pursue goals despite obstacles and distractions. It looks at the ability to resist temptations, manage time, follow routines and persevere in the face of challenges.
- Stress management Measures the ability to identify, understand and handle stressful situations at work. It looks at the recognition of stress reactions and the implementation of appropriate coping and recovery strategies.

- Self-care Measures the ability to look after one well-being at work, including stress management, healthy habits, setting boundaries and using effective self-care strategies to maintain a balance between work and personal life.
- Optimism Measures the ability to balance work and personal life, look after holistic well-being and recognize one needs. It focuses on self-care practices, stress management, setting boundaries and healthy habits.
- Persistence Measures determination and the capacity to overcome obstacles, stay focused and withstand setbacks in pursuing work goals. It is based on situations that assess perseverance and motivation in the face of challenges.
- Self-determination Measures the capacity to act autonomously, set goals and sustain personal motivation at work. It looks at self-management, empowerment and goal orientation through questions about decisions, motivation and overcoming challenges.
- Self-efficacy Measures belief in one ability to take on and succeed at specific work tasks. Through scaled questions, it looks at self-confidence and the perception of one capacity to reach goals and overcome challenges. The results offer an indicator of the level of self-efficacy.
- Emotional awareness Measures the ability to identify and understand one own emotions, emphasizing their importance in decision-making and interpersonal relationships.
