  • Honesty Measures integrity and ethical conduct at work. Through hypothetical situations, it looks at the willingness to act with honesty, transparency and ethics.
  • Work ethics Measures the capacity to make ethical decisions at work. Through real or hypothetical situations, it looks at ethical awareness, responses to dilemmas and the willingness to act with integrity and accountability. Common workplace ethical dilemmas are presented, and responses are assessed based on work ethics.
  • Integrity Measures the capacity to act ethically and demonstrate honesty at work. The integrity assessment focuses on the consistency between personal values and workplace actions.
  • Accountability Measures the capacity to take on commitments and act responsibly at work, looking at reliability, punctuality and ethics in realistic work situations.
  • Reliability Measures reliability in terms of meeting deadlines, work quality and performance under pressure, using questions and hypothetical situations to assess consistency, ethics and error handling at work.
  • Respect for diversity Measures the capacity to value and respect diversity in aspects such as culture, religion and sexual orientation. Through hypothetical situations and conceptual questions, it looks at attitude, sensitivity and awareness toward inclusion and equal opportunity.
  • Privacy awareness Measures the capacity to protect data privacy. Through questions and scenarios, it looks at the understanding and application of principles such as consent, confidentiality and access control, underscoring the importance of safeguarding personal information.
  • Legal compliance Measures competence in understanding and applying laws and regulations in a work or business context. Through questions on topics such as contracts, data protection and workplace safety, it looks at the knowledge and the ability to meet legal obligations and minimize risks for the organization.
  • Transparency Measures the ability to communicate with openness, honesty and clarity. Through questions on information management, reporting and accountability, it looks at the willingness to disclose relevant information and the commitment to transparency at all levels of communication.
  • Sustainability and social responsibility Measures the ability to understand and act according to principles of sustainability and social responsibility. Through specific questions, it looks at commitment to environmental impact, sustainable development and business ethics, as well as the capacity to identify problems and propose sustainable solutions in the work environment.
