Measures the ability to communicate and understand cultural dynamics in multicultural contexts. This assessment looks at cultural sensitivity, adaptability and competence in intercultural communication, focusing on interaction with different cultures.

Awareness of generational differences
Measures the capacity to recognize and adapt to generational differences, looking at awareness of each generation perspectives, the ability to communicate effectively across ages and the willingness to foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Measures the understanding of and commitment to gender equality, looking at awareness of equity, the ability to identify stereotypes and the willingness to promote inclusion and ensure equal opportunity for all genders.

Measures the ability to lead and collaborate in multicultural teams, managing cultural differences, promoting intercultural communication and creating an inclusive, respectful work environment. The assessment also looks at adaptability to different work styles and the management of intercultural conflicts.
